There are genuine builders too however corrupt builders lobby & ministers, in short criminals sitting in government are preventing genuine builders from doing good work. Grahak cannot always take ghata everytime because builders & government is corrupt. Never back down, fight for what is right. More power to common man & Urban Naxalites. Real Estate infra is taken over by MAFIA's yet we will fight because we ain't scared to fight for what is right.

VTP bahut unethical builder hai. Chor hai. They were trying to dupe me of 3 lakhs when i cancelled my booking within 15 days as per RERA rule. After 4-5 months and multiple visits and emails and calls they gave the money back after i engaged RERA. People shud avoid VTP

Thank you sir for your initiative. VTP builder already lost their reputation and even after the possession of Leonora, Bel-air they created blunder. Hype and bubble of VTP is already burst. Lot of relatives and friends didn’t go for VTP due to their unethical practices and we should create awareness against all unethical practices by builders. Height is they were asking new flat owners to fix any issues in flat by directly calling to respective agencies. e.g If anyone having commode leakage issue then you must call to CERA and not to VTP facility team. This is absolutely disastrous even after paying huge amount.

File a civil/consumer suit against the builder leveraging his own notice as an acceptance of the complaints and for defamation suit as a threat to deter the plaintiff from demanding justice. Along with that demand forensic audit of their all projects & proof of their brand image claims attested by government authorities in each of the jurisdictions in which they do business especially international to justify the grounds on which defamation notice was issued.

Good awareness on transfer charges. Law enforcement agencies, judiciary system including Bar association should also see that at what level a consumer can be threatened? This way no consumer will raise the voice if they get such long and suppressing notice from the law firms... This means that anticipated damage to builder is big, then why don't builders think before selling it to consumer?

Everyone in Pune now has a negative image of this builder so they are planting 5 star google reviews to sell new projects to ppl abroad. They are trying to scare anyone posting a negative purchasing experience online ,LOL ! My personal experience is very negative and I had also eventually filed a case.
