YOUR BODY IS GOALS. People who say things like "too manly" or "too bulky" DON'T KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO ACHIEVE A BODY LIKE YOURS. They think it's accidental, and as a weightlifter myself, I wish!!! Your body is the result of hard, harddd work in every aspect - training, sleep, rest, nutrition, etc. Pay them no mind!

I'm a male who started watching your videos bc I never find any leg routines as detailed and well explained like yours and with so many variations, I started watching more of your content and I have to say I LOVE the way you explain your fitness life, all straight to the point with a good sense of humor, keeping your feet on the ground talking about how motivation comes and goes so it's better to be organized, you don't tell us how to eat a super disciplined diet like if we were robots or rich like everybody making these videos eating salmon everyday I'm super glad I found you!!!!!! woooohoooooooo!!!!!!! you inspire me a lot!

You are such a gorgeous woman. Exceptionally gorgeous, obviously, and we can't all look like you or have your exact physique. But you can still be a wonderful role model and inspiration to many young women, and many of us at all stages of life. Attitudes are slowly progressing, but to a large extent, fad diet culture, toxicity in the fitness industry, promotion of caloric restriction, and the obsession with being very slender, are still prevalent. I love that we have influencers like you who celebrate fueling your body properly and gaining strength, emphasize proper form, promote science, and who aren't trying to sell us nonsense. Thank you for all you do and your positive attitude!

I love these videos. I started working out in the late 70s to 80s when we were told to eat 1/2 grapefruit with every meal! Many delicious foods were not allowed! Everything was "nonfat yogurt, nonfat milk, no bread,no oil, no nuts etc". I broke away from that during the mid 80s. All these people who deprive themselves end up with a love/hate relationship with food. They live in constant fear and guilt! I eat olive oil, full fat yogurt, peanut/almond butter, etc and it gives me better energy. I see the protein powder going into the hot cereal. I never knew about it! Great technique to use before good workout! Thank you Krissy!
