Hey & welcome back to another KZbin video, this week we have Oner Active Athlete Meg joining us, to take me through one of her body building sessions! Although I’ve been working out consistently for years now, and have built my knowledge of strength training, I still love trying new movements, and feeling like a beginner again.

Workout details:
Incline Dumbbell Chest Press - 2 sets, Set 1: 6-8. Set 2: 12-14 reps
Cuffed Cable Clavicular Fly - 2 sets, Set 1: 8-10. Set 2: 12-14 reps
Dumbbell Side Raises with Chest Support - 2 sets, 10-12 reps
Single Arm Cable Lateral Raise (6x4) - 4 sets 6 reps
Cable Tricep Extensions - 2 sets, Set 1 8-10. Set 2, 10-12 reps
Barbell Spider Curls - 2 sets, 10-12 reps
