Tia Tara Toomey might be the best, however I've learned, become more motivated, and overall understand the work behind the scenes because of Kristi. I appreciate both of them and their wealth of experience.

Thank you for always breaking things down. At one point in this video I wanted to give you a hug bc you looked sooo tired and defeated lol. Later we found out it was hot as balls plus high humidity lol. You savages!!!! Love every minute of your videos.

Kristi unlocked level “Monster Mode” at syndicate. Rowing couldn’t even stop you. You once said you weren’t great at it. But you couldn’t even tell.

In general, how will individuals going to the CrossFit Open incorporate rucking, swimming, biking, longer running, etc training activities into their training plan between now and opens? With these additional training items, it seems like longer training days, more calories burnt, etc (not your plan, just in general)
