What I did is complete the joint tree focuses that give me resources before starting the civil war, also I found out you can't do the civil war focuses if Belgium goes to war.

Maybe they should make military focuses based on lowering supply consumption. I think Ethiopia or Aussa has a special thing with irregular infantry, so maybe a buff to their supply and attrition related attributes could be added as focuses. This could be really useful for fighting Africa, like if you were trying to do African Union or Latin Africa, but if you were to play as a loyal colony then maybe they could add a mutually exclusive branch relating to higher quality units that would fare better in Europe or North Africa. Not sure though because my knowledge on HOI4 is minimal.
