How ironic that I ALMOST passed by this video but decided I needed to watch it. I can totally relate to the frustration you were feeling before your first move, especially since you'd had a not-so-good day the day before. I really hurt for you when your vest inflated, as if it were the proverbial icing on a bad cake. Give yourself credit for taking your friend's text to heart. We ALL struggle! Kristine, i had the same experience during Bassmaster Kayak Classic qualifier at Clearlake. I only get to fish the second half of the tournament. 1st half i had to deal with motor issues. Add to that my kayak was taking water. I was broken but miracle happened and i ended up with a limit and culled once. Watching this episode, you brought me hope. Especially now when im going though the hardest time of my life. Thank you 🙏

A great video! Yes sometimes God let's you go through a little adversity but then provides. I know this is nothing compared to your experience because fishing is your living but I am a muskie nut for 52 years. Last year I thought was going to be my worst year, for almost 10 months no follows , no hits didn't see a musky, than from Halloween on put 12 in my kayak/boat. Topping it off with a Christmas musky actually December 23 a 50 incher in my kayak on a lake that all I ever caught caught was small bass but knew they they stock muskie on and off. That was a gift from above, biggest in 12 years.
