Love this too For some reason piano music is not conducive to my deep rest, same as other people mentioned. High notes especially. Ocean, water, rain, chimes, and bowls or jungle have been synergistic. I wonder why this is. ❤

Hi Heather, yes of course. I am so happy to hear that you are getting the deep rest that you deep. Trust in the knowing that the subconscious mind is always listening to the guidance. As well, the techniques used here take you on a journey through the brainwave states we experience naturally when we go to bed at night. And if we are living with a sleep deficit, then this is a perfect opportunity to restore sleep health as studies have shown just 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of deep regenerative sleep. Once the sleep deficit has been restored, and we have trained the mind the remain with an acute sense of awareness still present, you will find yourself resting in the healing vibration of the unconscious in the state of Yoga Nidra. Such bliss. The more you practice, the more you will see the cumulative benefits unfolding in your practice and in your waking life. Namaste.
