I love your yoga nidra practices and find them incredibly soothing and healing, but I have to say the music is too loud in this video and the latest ones I have listened to. I do have a playlist of older ones that I find perfect. Thank you for everything you do, Krystin 🩵

The sound of your magnified inhalations through the microphone feels disturbing rather than relaxing. This was pointed out previously in feedback which you encouraged. Also, I prefer to breathe at my own pace instead of trying to match your breathing and listening to those disruptive sounds. Your lengthy sankalpas don't leave enough space and time for slowly repeating personal sankalpas. Other than that, your meditations have been beneficial to me in the long run and I am grateful for that.
