I definitely because of you have increased protein in my diet, I have 2eggs in the morning, curd in the lunch, pulses are usual thing in Indian diet. I'm so glad I discovered your channel, I'm on a calorie defecit. Workout wise, it's been a month and I am able to do 20 squats in a go now, growing stronger each day. Thanks

Agreed that sugar and honey/maple syrup/agave/jaggery has similar glycemic load and calorific value. I guess the only thing is white sugar is more refined and processed. I hate it when people make carbs/sugar/diary the enemy 🤦♀️

Honestly, really refreshing to see you debunking these diet myths. There's a lot of western youtubers who do this, but in India, I see way too many people promoting harmful diets in the name of 'traditional' meals.

Being an eggetarian, I feel that apart from eggs and paneer, there are not enough options during the day to eat protein. Eating eggs and paneer daily becomes boring after a point.

@@kiki-kj6we u can meet ur protein requirements as a vegetarian if ur eating variety of food because each component will add a different amino acid which are building blocks of protein because vegetarian food, unlike non veg isn’t a complete source of protein. So ur roti and rice is also add some protein, so are veggies, dal, yogurt etc it really doesn’t have to be boring 😊

There’s a difference between natural sugar and processed white sugar and I’m saying this as a doctor. And since most things are processed these days so that thora bauhat sugar is already going in your body in some way so yes you should cut down white sugar intake.

But she consumes honey. Most packed honey aren't even real honey if I am not wrong. I have no idea but newspaper me I read a report that said most brands of honey didn't qualify some kind of purity test and most of them do adulteration and add sugar syrup.

I would agree zealocity sirjee's point on regular food, I've been following his stories on Instagram for close to a year now i guess 🙈🙈 he's always eating regular daal chawal sabzi roti, chicken curry chawal, coffee (with milk, yes with milk and sugar both) he is damn authentic himself, arey ye banda chicken chawal khata hai chicken crispy bhi khata hai yaaaaarrrrrrr learn how to manage the meals from him for free from his very own Instagram please aise bhi paise Bach jayenge 😂😂😂🤣😂🤣😂

I was so much helped by the tip of adding yogurt in every meal especially with legumes and pulses. It definitely uped my protein and helped my gut health! Also reducing my gluten intake also helped my IBS! I haven't given up gluten completely but thanks to zealocity on most days i feel good..

Sab bakwas hai .dieting and all.i am 30 yrs old and height is 5,3. I am 54 kgs and weights remains between 53-54. I nvr did any gym or diet..my skin is also good days my dermat that it's naturally healthy All my life i have avoided meetha. I have a question. Actually I am 24 years old and I had done my gabladder removal long years back so I can't consume milk, yolk etc.. but sometimes I drink milk btw..And I am from Assam so I just only eat rice for lunch and dinner..as well as I eat potato too much wheather it's dinner or lunch. And kabhi kabar I eat chicken, egg, fish. Also I face problem of gas when I eat roti. can you please tell things I am consuming are good or bad?

Damn mannn. Saw your video for the first time and I love love love your honesty. Please make a video on diet and workout for PCOD. I got diagnosed this year and I'm finding it real tough to manage my diet, sugar cravings and the exercise part. The longest I've been consistent is 8-10 days. Apart from this, I have serious gut issues, acidity, skin and hair problems. Life's literally falling apart 🙂 WOULD LOVE YOUR HELP.
