Eat when you feel hungr cramps. Drink water before meal better 10 to 30 minut ,try to avoid in mid and must try to avoid in the last of your meal. make three parts of stomach 1 for air , 1 for water or liquid and 1 for solid food. Chew well what you eat , so important, it will minimise your stomach work . and a lil bit slowly . Wash hands and eat in light. Don t talk or try to not talk or do any thing else.try to eat mindfully. Try to share your meal.feel gratitude for what you eat. IF you like pizza, then first advice to be taken as pinch of salt, Instead of completely replacing, gluten from diet, I would say consume it twice. a week, so your gut would not stop digesting it, Because if you completely remove gluten from diet, you will become gluten intolerant person, And you might not eat pizza, everyday, Might be once in a three month, but if you are not gluten intolerance person, so I would say have gluten twice a week in moderation, and you will like eating other foods as well, in long run, Just a mistake I made, do not want someone else to follow that. Counting calories is a MUST for weight loss (at least for me) and also a high protein and low carb diet.. It has worked for me. I lost approx 5 kgs in a month by tracking calories, clean diet, doing home workouts and yoga (but some days I rest 😅) BUT the main thing is I have PCOS and I haven’t gotten my menses from last 4 months..idk what to do ?? (I don’t have any insulin resistance and high androgen levels) My weight is already 60 kg and height is 168 cm.

I have seen your videos, but I have noticed one thing particular, you always promote non veg for protein source and encourage people to eat non veg! What if someone is a pure vegetarian? Are they not supposed to build muscles and all of them are malnutritioned as per your theory? I have seen your Disha patani vala video as well, you were keep on judging the host rather than evaluating her diet as a nutritionist? Is this how you promote you as a nutritionist? Please don’t force people to eat what you like to eat! You don’t like sprouts in the morning so it is unhealthy and one should avoid it and start adding eggs right!
