She also creates content on Instagram to educate and make people aware of various health issues and has 180k+ followers.
In this episode, we talked about fasting, how to do fasting in a healthy way, how much sleep we require to stay healthy, or does it depend on something else. We then discussed how we can prevent cancer by 70%, and what is a better option than sleeping pills. She also shared how one should consume supplements, and also shared 3 foods that are absolute no-nos for a healthy body. She also talked about how sugar doesn’t lead to diabetes and shared shocking facts about foods that actually cause diabetes.
She also suggested how to cope with stress, why fatty liver happens, and talked about what people can do who want to work out but are not able to start. She shared a list of 5 foods that you should and shouldn’t eat to be healthy. She also shared the 80-20 rule to keep a balance of healthy and outside food. She also revealed how protein can cause cancer and other health issues. She ended with rating the worst to best desserts and this segment will surprise you. This episode was informative; there was nothing that I did not know, but it made a lot of sense. I have watched quite a few videos on health, and this is what I have learned. Eat a savory breakfast and have protein for breakfast; limit sugars, if not eliminate sugar and carbs, for breakfast; and have whole fruit instead of fruit juice. Have a balanced meal for lunch. Dinner should be light and balanced and eaten at least 2-3 hours before bedtime. Limit your caffeine intake in the evening so that your sleep is not disturbed. Having good sleep is important. Exercise at least 3-5 times a week. Walking is the best form of exercise. Adding strength training to your workout routine is important. Your gut health is important. Cut out junk, processed, or fried foods and added sugar from your life; if you cannot cut it out t tally, have it in moderation. Moderation is the key to a healthy life. I am 60 years old, and I walk 10,000 steps five days a week. I dance my heart out during the week, and it adds to my physical activity. Yes, my diet is not perfect on all days. My only weakness is ice cream and portion sizes of certain sugary foods, so I do not buy them, out of sight or out of mind. It is a work in progress, and I am still working on having a perfect diet and strength training on a regular basis. And the most important thing, along with your physical health, is your mental health. Cut out people from your life who do not add joy to your life and make you miserable. Be healthy and happy, everyone.

There is no study from Boston (from a "University?" - how vague!) that says 7-days water fasting reduces risk of cancer (what cancer?) by 70%. And there is no proof that fasting kills cancer cells in humans.1 Nov 2023

Two three more nutrition related videos and we will be left only with fresh air to breathe 🧘 . I have been watching all health related videos from this channel and apparently all that we consume is killing us 🫠🫠🫠 The content is pure gold on this channel but i believe keeping a check on what we consume and maintaining a balance is the key !

I was just going through the reel then I felt like glancing the full episode. I started & had never thought of completing it but just glued to it & completed. Also Dr. Vishakha is also good & explained things scientifically & mentioned certain unconventional things also. Knowledge may help if we go deeper. Good you asked about vegetarians also everytime. Thx. Please make an episode on vegetarian supplements & diets with some guest if possible.

Koi saara din juice thodi Na peeta Hai. Balance mei Sab Kuch khaao Kuch Nai hota. Koi Nai Mara Aaj tak juice pee kar. According to them, we all should be dependent on Medicines and expensive supplements like Americans. Abey jaao. Alcohol k liye kyu Nai banaate video ? That has actually killed people.

Arey she doesn't said salt sey diabetes hojayegi she said we think eating sweet foods cause diabetes so we prefer namkeen which doesn't have sweet and have salt taste but we are forgetting that namkeen and salt biscuits have maida as common ingredient which indirectly have lots of carbohydrates and lots carbohydrates cause diabetes thats what she is telling not as salt causing diabetes listen carefully

Thank you so much Raj Shamani for doing such an informative video & thanks to Dr. Vishakha for explaining everything so well. You touched on each & every subject that I wanted to know about. There were of course a lot of things we knew, but a lot more which we thought was right & good for our health & it was shocking to realize all that was wrong & how we fall for such misinformations . Please do further interviews with the same doc on more health related issues, especially women health. God bless.

Really loved this podcast. It was so insightful, the way each question was explained was amazing. I got more interested in knowing about the functions for body. I was so amazed when got to know that Vitamin D handles more than 200 processes in the body. I have taken notes for most of the things.

Loved the podcast. It would be great to listen more to such knowledgeable people who relay so much information to the public. On a personal note, I have been practicing intermittent fasting for almost two years now and I can vouch for that, it really works! Will definitely try the much talked about bulletproof coffee. Thanks for the video 😊
