👍👍 I know you said there's no reason for anyone to get 40😂 but when you ride on cloud nine and looking down at everybody don't it feel good😂. So you running a V6 Eco diesel right I haven't watched 2 Many of your video but since she went to 40 do you like it better. Do you think the way you did it instead of going to the one ton was better for you in the long run. Once I get my money from the government hopefully I will join y'all right now the bastard will not let me go outside to take out my trash I've been holding my trash for a month and a half. If they don't fabricate that information the people will never get it so they had to make up lies for their point to make sense. I won't be surprised if I open my door they will be trying to play Duck Hunt😂. 11-14-23

Release the Kraken EH? good times in BC Canada how deep was the snow & approximate elevation too? Thanks like those tires how's your speedo work with the big 40's ? Pretty area got to buy some new tire will you be running summer set & winter tires Edward?
@KrokemOutdoors Жыл бұрын
The snow depth varied depending on the area we were at, but I’d say between 2 to 4 feet deep. 40’s are calibrated using the Tazer module which accounts for the tire size and gearing to provide an accurate speedo readout 👍 I’ll be running the coopers year round!
@davidmack7018 Жыл бұрын
@@KrokemOutdoors excellent response Thanks Edward I live up near Canada at elevation I have lots of tread on my tires though not a jeep I have a turbo diesel Land Cruiser which after many years in the great white North aka Canada I was able to import it for use & I bought my 4 tires from les Schaub many years ago even though they have probably a couple of K miles on them they are old due to solar and whatever environmental effects so the tires are now likely 15yrs old initially you could still see the small rubber injection micro rubber pins protruding from the tire and they have some checking so I believe it's prudent to replace them this year I live on a steep various terrain mountain unmaintained mountain road circuitous and steep I drive close to 10miles on these roads each way. So I'm looking for the best tires I look at what their driving in the land down under Australia some of the fellas there swear by Micky Thompson tyres though we don't hear it much up North they have diametrically opposed seasons and too have hot summers and cold snowy winters. I'm thinking with research and talking to those fellas to the South and our nearby northern Jeep And Land Cruiser buddies I can find the correct tires I'd hadn't thought of really large tires like your Jeeps sporting but there is some serious advantages to wider tires for freedom of the hills and all weather traction & it seems my remote travel is likely to increase though I don't relish tire chains or inflation and deflation of my tires that's a lot. I've got some ideas I'll check with ¿Land Cruiser club of Australia and Ih8mud.com and see what our Land Cruiser club of America guys are saying best hmmm Kelly tires I used to drive by the Kelly tire plant down just outside Tyler Texas. I like USA made and manufactured in Japan Toyotas they are pretty awesome just great running nice looking vehicles. Being pretty expensive might as well choose wisely. Whether one or better if or yet two seasons of tires. I'm sure I'll settle on the best solution for hot rough sumer mountain roads and icy off roads to ice and snow asphalt highways and roads with tire that will do the best. Soft rubber for winter or mountain road rated to best all season decisions and money but putting my vehicle off the road and in a ditch or worse not a desirable potential I'd like to experience. I like my vehicle quite a bit and after no small effort to gain the use after a long time I want it to be here in fine condition for myself and the next hundred years of guys that will love it after myself perhaps longer. Thank you for all your time you spend making awesome videos and the love you show towards your wife and kids, well done you. In Jesus Christ Best David

These extreme offroading jeep wranglers are great but Jeep should also make a better handling, on road focus daily driver, long distance travel, reliable version of the wrangler. It will be a good business move to have a specific version of wrangler that is not mainly focused on extreme offroad.

Wow! Loved what an epic adventure this was to watch!! And the lesson on kinetic energy was an unexpected bonus!! :D 8 wheel recovery AKA "Freak'n Awesome!" (love that) The whole adventure was incredible to watch, think one of my fav parts was the clip at 13:14 I've pretty much narrowed my next vehicle purchase to get as a Rubicon. Any recommendations on which versions to get/not get for these kinds of adventures? For example, is the 392 actually better if one can afford it? Or does the V8 actually pose limitations such as gas use which end up being too much of a neg Cinematic scores were again, just perfectly matched in this video, thanks for all the time you put into this one!
