We talked before briefly about you getting a job offer and about the industry, I forgot what video the comment thread was on. I am deep into my own project now and thought I'd come back to say that the mechanisms are the easy part. The programming is suffering! I'm working on a costume which has digital eyes that move based on internal camera tracking. Let me just say that it sucks making everything work well together haha

I’m trying to do animatronics but I’m having a hard time finding people on social media and stuff to help me out or give me advice or tips

I wouldn't do it the same way again, I'd go for more of a digital process. Digital scuplt, then 3D print hard shells or molds for silicone or latex.

Brian Burns I don’t have a 3-D printer also I don’t think we can afford it I’d rather make things by hand and finding sources and materials also I want my robot to walk around and for the skin it’s going to be fabric maybe someday I’ll get a sewing machine so I can sell it I don’t know what to use to cover the machinery I was thinking of using aluminum cylinders the tail is going to be covering up the Machinery with do you short but thick cylinders she’s also going to have facial recognition able to walk and be able to talk without Pre-recorded lines or via remote to be controlled she’ll move on her own and think on her own she’s also going to have a voice but I don’t know what to do to give her a voice Also her claws are going to be able to move and I want to give her something to give her artificial intelligence and have the wings Mills and I want to have the teeth be able to defend herself and also be able to claw things if this sounds violent my apologies also she’ll be able to have advanced mobility I don’t know what fabric I should use if you want to look her up her name is cynder and it’s going to be based on her design from the legend of Spyro dawn of the dragon I don’t know if I mentioned this but I made some blueprints on a notebook and I won’t be able to buy the necessary parts until we can get my Social Security back but you know what they say somethings are worth waiting for and I add detail to my robots and toys also she’ll be able to talk and if necessary I can hook her up to my laptop so I can change the voice she’ll be my companion be able to remember and recognize the face of her creator and voice voice recognition as well as facial recognition like people she’s met and be able to protect her creator or people she knows and if I ever brought her out into the world I don’t want any of those kids tugging and pulling on her and I’m not going to treat her like a pet she’s able to talk and think for herself I swear I’d be pissed if someone wants me to sell her or get rid of her because of what they think of robots she’s mine and mine alone I created her with my own hands and I will treat her like a person I will love and cherish her Because she is my creation so anyways what should I do?

Also do you know how I can make a voice box? It’s for my woody doll it’s me by Hasbro I want it to be unique that’s why I I’m going to use a block of wood as the casing also what strain do you recommend that won’t break and is able to not be tangled or wear out I already got some voice lines on my laptop and have it on this download called wavosaur
