The dried kropeck can keep for 3 - 4 months in a covered container or plastic. The fried kropeck will stay crispy for 3 days in an airtight container.

Hello chef Rose, I hope all is well. Just wanted to know if I can steam one flavor in one loaf pan? And cut it thinly with a floss or a thread maybe after cooled? I would love to try it 😊 I just dont have an enormous puto molds and huge steamer like you do 😅

Yes you can. Just make sure it is thoroughly cooked inside, meaning no white portions. Make the rolls thin instead of thick.

I have not tried this recipe with cassava flour so I can not say for sure. I do have another recipe cassava kropeck coming out this year.
