Can anyone tell that when we put the rice flour in the pan is the flame still on or not and when we put the lid on is the flame also on at that time and is it on low flame?

By the move in her hands I can guess this: when she put the rice flour is still in max heat (you can see the water boiling), after mixing she puts it on min heat and leave it like that (you can see how she turned it off when she takes the pan). Gonna try it and let you know if it works

See , sometimes water quantity depends on Rice flour. May ur rice flour need more water. So when u try again add more water . Thanks 😊
