@@Sarge-R1in federal court, he’s facing up to the death penalty. Once federal court concludes, he will then face charges in New Mexico. Once that’s finished, he will be sent to South Carolina for charges there.

I was a longhaul trucker for years. Running from SC to CA and back. It's a dangerous road out there. Especially desolate areas across the central and western states. Where 600,000 people literally disappear per year. With 44,00 being recovered as unidentified bodies.
