win a domestic assault trial??? I cannot even win a restraining order trial where I blocked my mother in law's phone number from calling my landline phone! I got a 1 year ejection.

Tell me about it! My ex was fucking every man she talked to attacked me with a knife and I got arrested for stopping her from stabbing me! More democrat judges and prosecutors need to go 6' under that fixes this corrupt money making scam!!!😵🪓🇺🇲🫡

I have a legal scenario I wouldn't mind answered. Two people jaywalk in front of an officer and the officer stops both of them. To the first person he hands out the appropriate infraction, but to the second person we find out that the officer likes the person for some reason, and decides not to give him any sort of infraction or even warning, but simply sends him on his way. All this is recorded/witnessed beyond doubt. Now I know this opens up a defense of unfair prosecution, but I cannot remember the particulars under criminal law.

Yea this isn’t that type video and if you or someone you know is indeed a victim of domestic assault that is a tragedy and unfortunate and victims of TRUE domestic assault should get all the justice there due… But in this video he’s explaining what happens when the alleged perpetrators are indeed innocent and are actually the victims themselves of false allegations in an attempt to discredit them or “punish” them falsely because there either going thru a divorce or what have you.
