I went to Malate Catholic School between 1964 thru 1973.Malate looks much better back then.Streets are clean,less crowd,no street vendors,no Korea Town, sidewalks are meant for people to walk on,before the population explosion.

Even I saw photos of Manila before World War 2 like near Intramuros and it looked so much nicer. It is what it is.

My neighborhood! Life has taken me all over the world since growing up there, but I will always go back! And God willing, I will die there. (Whenever I do go home, I still go to our longtime suki at San Andres market for my lanzones , mango, and papaya ) On my next visit, I will once again hold a kitchen-feeding day for the unhoused families in the park in front of Malate church; Mr. KT: would you like to come collaborate with your video gear?

Ibang iba na itsura ng Leveriza ngayon tumira kami dyan 32 years ago before finally relocating to Guam. Marami ng na bago at may iilan parin na nanatili sa mga tindahan na binibilihan ko nuon.
