So glad people are finally be held responsible for aggressive dogs. My dog was attacked last week on a walk with her on a leash. When we told the owners they acted like we were nothing but a bother. Sock it to em!!!

After the many complaints, after many times those animals got out of their enclosure and many recorded videos of them running around loose these people dare ask for probation???!!!!! To speak against the City was more proof that Judge Meza’s authority was appropriately bestowed and for once, the judicial system worked.

They both should have got 20 years this Judge is good but she messed up this time maybe getting soft with age. This two need to take responsibility they brought these dogs to their community, the country could have did not but who got these dogs not the animal control these fools did. The defendant (Husband) is a vile disgusting man. After they were found guilty and given their sentences - the victim wife was speaking and he made a look and a breathing motion like “how long is she gonna take?” I don’t know how it works, but I pray they remain in jail all the years. Then he does this motion with his hand. I don’t even know what it is, but they didn’t give a crap about what their dog did. They had zero remorse.

I have been waiting for this. Can anyone tell me why they think the wife got 3 years less than the husband? I hope they suffer in jail the way their victims suffered, particularly Ramona who was ripped to pieces and Juanita who was severely injured and still suffers mentally and physically.

Glad they finished with this ,I love dogs but can't have them because of the responsibility it entitles. I feel they didn't give them more yrs cause he was an older man, sad to see this my grandfather lived past his 98 and he was very healthy and just died of old age. Not alot of people get this enjoyment and therefore feel jury felt he was old 😢. Remember it was a life ! Blessings to all

Having said that I work in the community and have yet to meet a good owner. For a start most have no money to feed themselves never mind a dog. Some have them in rental properties where they are not allowed so of course are dumped.

Much props to the judge! I was not expecting those type of sentences. The defendants got very bad legal advice accepting a plea deal. I would've taken it to trial. This is a good judge, she threw the book at Daniel Garcia. Always have protection on you, you never know when a violent attack will happen. God bless the victim.

As messed up as they may sound if I was one of those neighbors I would have fed those dogs poisoned steaks, I wouldn’t have waited for my family to be a victim just like this poor couple , these dogs were definitely vicious no doughy about it , there’s a difference between a dog that just barks and a dog that violently viciously barks and f that this old man would have lived if I was one of those neighbors , neighbors need to take matters into their own hands .
