I have a question regarding Part 6. The only income that will be used is mine, so no other family member will be listed. For Part 6 question 21 and 22 should I leave those blank then? Also, I petitioned for someone in 2013 who is a permanent resident, but does not live with me, should I still enter them on the household size section?

Yes you would leave 21 and 22 blank. As for the other person, if it’s been more than 10 years and they have 40 SS credits you don’t have to count them

I have a question regarding INCOME YOU ARE USING FROM ANY OTHER PERSON WHO WAS COUNTED IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD SIZE. If I'm not planning on using my wife (immigrant beneficiary) or anybody's income while I'm filing this application, do I just leave all that space blank and not check items 21 or 22 because none of those apply to us since we don't require sponsors and I don't use my wife's money. I understood it as it's people who are currently living with you and wants to offer financial support. I hope that makes sense.

My question is: I don't have a USCIS Online Account Number even though I've successfully filed a I-130 Petition For Alien Relative and it was approved. There is also no Profile tab when I log into my account. Please help as I'm trying to fill out the I-864 form now with NVC.

I finally have my online account number today when I reached a live person. For those of you wanting to speak to a live person at USCIS, try these keywords or otherwise you will just go in circles with the robot. Try saying UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION. I have no idea why they make it so difficult because if you don't say the proper keywords, they robot will just say send you a link via email or text for more information. I hope this helps.

I have been hearing that it is better to put the mailing address of the US spouse instead of the immigrant spouse's mailing address in Part 1 question 2a - 2i. Is this accurate? If so, what is the benefit or reason for this? Also - for Part 6 question 8 - 19 - if there are no other household members included in this, can 21 and 22 remained unchecked? @@antonyjames9184 hello, if you are the petitioner your sister will not be given a visa at the same time. Siblings of U.S. citizens have to wait 15-20 years for their green card spot on the visa bulletin. You would only check box 1 in part 3 and leave the rest blank.

Second question: For one of the years (2022) I didn't file taxes because I was a student and was below the threshold for filing taxes. My wife (US Citizen/ Sponsor) have tax returns for 2022 and 2023, but in 2021, my wife, a full-time caregiver for her disabled father, had no income, leading to non-filing. What steps should her take for the missing 2021 tax return? Could you suggest appropriate legal documents to substitute for the 2021 tax return with the National Visa Center (NVC)?. Hi , we have unique situation , my husband the petitioner have negative total income in his IRS return transcript , for the year 2022 and 2023 even though his actual income his above the HHS poverty guideline should we put zero on the total income for the year 2022 and 2023 since it’s IRS showing negative total income ? for the resubmitting of affidavit of support to response of the RFE Or can we follow the actual total income in the W2’s the same what we did in the first filing are we gonna denied if we put zero please help , my husband work overseas for the last 3years and filed form 2555 , we submitted our AOS application with supporting document such as IRS return transcript for the last 3years and w2 and form 2555 and in the affidavit of support we followed the total income on his W2’s instead of following the total income in the IRS which zero in our first filing but we still got an RFE stating that they can’t determine that’s the sponsor meet the HHS poverty guideline we assumed that because his IRS return transcript have negative total income, what kind of document we can provide or should we make explanation letter on why his IRS showing negative ?
