Heated Meeting Over Alpine Schools Reopening Plans

The Alpine School Board voted to approve their Return to Learn plan as the public comment section got heated Tuesday night.

Please do a feature on the many families who are planning to be responsible and keep their kids home. We've already had a 1st grade teacher die in AZ (rest in peace Kimberly Byrd). She and her co-teachers caught Covid over the summer working at school WITHOUT students present.

I wish they would look at the statistics! Fear of this isn't how to handle it. Do research and know the statistics of CV and children.
