@@seph4667 Absolutely the judges should be named and held accountable for their rulings. This is why I vote no for retaining any judge that I do not know her/his record on the bench. Publishing a bio on the state website does not constitute appropriate information to vote yes for retaining any judge. Judges are responsible for rulings on DUI’s, rapist, restraining orders, divorce outcomes, child custody, etc. This is a short list of the most publicized cases, but how they respond to these cases is an indication of job performance. Voters need to have access to information regarding their performance on the bench.

This is such an important story!! My niece is going through the same problems with the 4th district court! They refuse to listen to her side of the story. And when they do they don’t believe her. More light needs to be shed on the 4th district court. They are so concerned with reunification with the father, that they overlook the fact that the father is the dangerous one. Please follow this story and ask for more people who have experienced this. There is so minor right happening at 4th district court and it needs to be exposed. My poor niece is jumping through endless hopes to do whatever the court wants but the dangerous father can do absolutely no wrong. The father is abusive and has threatened lives, but the judge refuses to listen to any history before it came to her courtroom. We our so sick to our stomachs and there is nothing we can do about it. Has anyone else experienced something like this? We need a group of women to speak out about this. Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank God her children are safe but what happens to the next set and the next set that they keep doing this to you why is nothing being done to these judges? I am sorry and I know that you are following the law but I promise you the first time something would have happened I would have taken my kids and would have been long gone they would have never stepped foot back by that person. I have a son that's 32 and a daughter that's 16 two different dads, My son's dad amazing guy I had 100% soul custody of my son My daughter's dad not such a bad person, but not for me and I wouldn't have given him the dad of the year award, but he wasn't the worst and he wouldn't put his hands on her or do any of this around her but either way I won 100% soul custody I ain't giving custody up to nobody. They are welcome to come see them anytime they want they'll welcome to come pick him up and take him to dinner they're welcome to do whatever they want if my kids want to go there they're welcome to go I will drive them there.

This state needs to Open your eyes- judges, & lawyers need to be named, fined and fired or loose their licenses to practise...for putting these and all children in very abusive scary & dangerous situations..Utah needs to get tough on these things. What an articulate sweet lady. I Hope the children continue to get good common sense help, to get over their scary trauma knowing what they've lived through. I hope this sweet lady can find a wonderful soul mate.
