Heartbreaking. This should have been prevented. The ex-wife warned them all. Police witnessed him hallucinating and throwing weapons at the door thinking summer was hiding in his walls trying to end him(while his kids were there). Police,courts, family,summer nobody listened or intervened. She shouldn't have passed. 😢

Hats off to that officer. I’m getting out of dv now. It’s not an easy process and leaving is the most dangerous there are steps you have to take when you leave. Even if you do things right and take the right steps things still happen. It could happen years later never meet with an abuser alone.

This should never have happened. The laws should have protected the children and he wouldn't be able to do that to anyone 😢 He needed mental health care and support. Thank God he didn't have his children 😢 So sorry for your loss, the judge is responsible for the decision he made. 🙏 Praying for you to have strength and comfort at this time 🙏💞🙏💞🙏

Utah Doesn't respond or have resources for domestic violence. The victim has to have a lot of money, get an attorney, & go after the perp. The perp gets a free defender! Go figure 😡

Police were at his home during his violent hallucinations when his kids were there. They did nothing. He believed she was hiding in his walls and invisible and trying to end him. Police,courts wouldn't even protect the kids. Chalked it up to his alcohol and drug addiction. Ex wife warned summer and her sister here what he thought about her and what he was going to do to her as the kids witnessed.

​​ I'm so sorry sweetheart. That's an odd thing to do and an ignorant statement to be put out to the world before her family's attorneys can file for discovery at the very least. It's like this was done backwards. I hope her family files with the best attorney or attorneys to make them pay for this unnecessary emotional pain caused. I hope and pray he goes to prison for the rest of his natural life. Bless all your hearts. 💕

So he was an EX-boyfriend, obviously there was a reason these two were no longer together,when will women learn to leave and never look back, move away, change your number and for god sake stay off of social media.

Because I know plenty cases whit the genders switched. Woman can be as bad. Though they have a slightly higher rate of making someone else do it or aid them versus men. But pretty equal on being the vengefull one that will not let go.
