I've found that one blocked engine exhaust can put out more krackened-reverse-thrust than all the unblocked engines. Could be why your ship couldn't go up. Get well. (Edit: I discovered this when my SSTO started going backwards on the runway.)

It will be coming, I am going to finish that series if it kills me xD just KSP2 content right now is getting about 5-10x the views of my other vids, and mans gotta eat. Plus I want to finish farewell KSP before getting back to Coming Home and finishing that, which I should hopefully get the next episode done next week. I will finish Coming Home though!

When I attempted this in RO with a much bigger plane and Saturn v (full scale one rather than stock in 1/4 size) I had no problems with frames at all, on a heavily modded install of ksp1. Yeah something here borked.

Apparently they’re working on optimisations and bug fixes as top priority so hopefully next update should see some improvements? 🤞

obviously i don't know your PC specs but 2 fps, for that craft.....is really worrying and disappointing, i'm sure KSP 2 has some nice upgrades to building tools e.c.t but the performance is a joke, is this not what we all wanted a new kerbal for in the 1st place, the hope of having high part counts to a point where you could at least bring a 100 part rocket into range of basic fuel space station without the massive frame drops of 2 fps, i really not having alot hope here for KSP2 i certainly won't be buying it unless they can seriously fix the performance, right now i see zero point when KSP 1 runs alot better......screw the graphics its a sim after all, just feels feels like we got KSP 1, but trashed the performance even more and added flashy graphics, instead of working on an engine that can support larger vessels, just worried that the devs missed the mark by few A.U's
