Now that i look back at the gameplay footage, i might of had enough d.v to go straight for Jool with out Duna gravity assists, but i really did not trust the d.v readouts... Sadly, the new patch really didnt change much. The only positive ive noticed is that asparagus works a lot better now. Hopefully future updates wont be as lack luster.
This whole project has been a pretty big struggle for obvious reasons xD But im pretty happy with the results so i guess it was worth it :P

I just realized that KSP megabases will become a thing and may become as impressive as Minecraft megabases.

I love your videos!! And this is no exception. Weird little note: even at 100 volume this video was quiet for me...

Glad to hear it! Unfortunately, i dont think i can do much about it at the moment, since my mic prefers low gain and i got a pretty echoey room. This means that i basically have to go for an all round lower volume for better quality.

Have a craft with lots of Delta-V and TWR, and fly it as horizontally as possible near-ish to the surface :)

So I'm sitting here playing a mobile replica of kerbal space program called spaceflight simulator. A game where you can build rockets, satellites, rovers the whole 9 yards only limited by your imagination Yada Yada Yada on to the story... I'm currently running tests for this satellite I made and the drill is to launch an already docked vehicle using my (un)patented "Inter-planetary dockable thruster" The goal is simple but it comes in two parts Either inject it into an Orbit that dips into the upper atmosphere and comes back out ejecting its primary heat shield revealing a hidden thruster that can return it to an Orbit so that the "IPDT" can retrieve the capsule, bring it back to the satellite and when we make the return trip we can launch it again to send the drone or crew back to Houston. HOWEVER IN GREAT OFFENSE TO THE SOLAR BEARS I LEFT ONE OF THE PRIMARY HEAT SHIELDS DRIFTING IN AND OUT OF OUR ATMOSPHERE. I will say I'm proud of this little guy though, I've been watching him for the past hour and a half and he has survived 122 Orbits and counting all while dipping further into the atmosphere!!! He's currently on a safe trajectory to where he won't hit the satellite and I'll Continue to document his life Even though I still have a capsule to dock 😂😂

if they add mining to ksp2, will you send a base again?
@Kerman_von_Braun

I always found it fun to make massive bases on all the more note worthy planets and moons, so once there is more reason to do it, ill for sure be building much bigger stuff and send it to weird places :P Probably gonna end up making a colony on Laythe with thousands of kerbals in the future (as long as i get more then 1fps lol)

if the camera goes off center you need to double click on your craft and it will recenter itself
@Kerman_von_Braun
@Kerman_von_Braun Жыл бұрын
well that is true, it will also jerk the camera, which really doesnt look good in a sped up video :P Recently, ive been adjusting camera perspective with the arrow keys for long time lapse shoots, seems to be working the best for me atm.
@MinerBat
@MinerBat Жыл бұрын
@@Kerman_von_Braun its the arrow keys that mess up the camera though. if you do the double click and then after that point dont use the arrow keys anymore it should be fine

yah most likely. I just wanted to simplify things for me self since i couldnt see where ill end up after the gravity assist.
