12:00 kevin... the sheer attention to detail you put into every car you build is amazing... we know the you tube stuff presents a certain way... but since you started posting regular, i have learned SO much about structure, tie points, linear design and suspension geometry... i learn these things from you like i learn from friends... this knowledge will be useful to design an ev drag car.. i have a dream..

I had a 88 Honda Prelude 4WS that I used in solo II in SCCA. The very first rally-cross in my region, I decided to run it. Bought a pair of Blizzaks just for the event, and took 1st in my class, and second over-all. Would have done better if I had raised the ride height up a little. Fun stuff!

There's a reason Utes are a favorite for burnout cars. More weight over the front, less over the rear, easier to get the rear end loose. Keep the engine as forward as possible.

I'd keep the engine forward if possible. Will spin the tires a lot easier with less weight on the rear. Unless you're planning on trying drifting with it in the future. Then move it back so you can get more grip. Looking good 🤘

Wrong, still need weight over rear or not enough friction to make good smoke or get the tyres off, my motor is almost completely behind the front axle Centerline & I recently added 150kg in my boot & that is still not enough weight on the rear tyres

I finally paid the car off and wanna do something fun and different. I have no idea what talking about ! but would it be good idea to add weight plate (or bar to hang weights) on the front of the car like the front wheel drive drag hondas doo ? As surely it would be good to have more weight over front wheel for breaking (stop push through front tires) and steering kind a reverse drag setup were your 70/30 front weight this mean the tire will spin easier as there less pressure on them ?
