KTM 300 2023 Assembly of Engine | Bottom End & Top End - Total $1500 in Parts

You could see in the last video how I disassemble my KTM 300 2023 engine after a big fail in engine that happened. The piston broke and did a lot of damage to other parts, repair was $1500 worth in parts. In todays video you can see how I put it back together and the day is slowly approaching when I will ride enduro again. Now I bought an elko cylinder, I will not use kymco anymore, I will test it and let you know the result.

Also, if you have any questions, leave a comment. The tool for holding the inner hub is very useful and makes the job a lot easier, it is very easy to make from old clutch discs, I made the engine holder from old steel that I have around the house, do you like him ?

Are you aware that the 2021+ TPIs don't use a center gasket anymore? Using a gasket on those engine cases will obviously leave you with excessive play on the crank- and gearshafts if you don't compensate with extra shims.

Is this normal that your clutch metal plate have a black mark all around the teeth? Mine have the same (2022 500 exc) and i thought they were detroyed (overheated) because i rode hard in the sandy dunes. What do you think? Thanks

If this was mines here in the U.S. then. The price would been 2k in parts and 2k in labor bc I don’t know how to rebuild a full engine. Soooo 4K PLUS 13k for new unreliable bike with no warranty. #Hell no thanks. #smh
