Men you have put the piston the other way around. The top arrow sign must look in to the exhaust. By that way is normal to burst it in so few hours.

I know what the problem was you revved it out for that long probably running 50:1 to 60:1 if your gonna rev it out for that long you should run more like 44:1 for more lube in the high rpm👍 Correction I believe this was the problem not know👍

In terms of mechanical reliability there is nothing like a YZ250. everyone knows that. I have fellow riders who say that the quality of the KTM has dropped a lot in recent years. ktm only wants to sell new motorcycles. keep up the good work in exposing the reliability issues. cheers
