I’m not a fan of auto clutches, I wouldn’t run them in any motorcycle Wheels are a 18 x 2 1/2 in the back and a 1.85 in the front. This or the 890 Adventure R is on my very short list of bikes to buy this year. You said the engine wasn't getting fuel and vapor locked twice on the run from hell. Do you know what the issue was with out a doubt? Conjecture here because I am no mechanic but since the fuel delivery is electronic fuel injection and the battery was so low due to the constant running of the fans at such a low speed there was not enough juice to keep the charging system up because of the drain on the battery? My plan is to run it around the fire roads and back country jeep and ATV trails of Colorado. Would you still recommend the 790/890 Adventure R? Great video. I appreciate the time that went into editing and running the bike through hell to give us a glimpse of the capabilities of this machine.

Id give both my walnuts for some legs. Being vertically challenged and then add the 790 makes momentum my only friend. Some of those folks on the trail killed your MOJO but it was Incredible to watch. You folks in California need just a Cup of rain. Good Ride! Come back to Red River in Texas and lets have some fun on all the bikes! Well done!

Don't tempt me. I was hoping to make it up for a day of riding during the week but was told it was closed during the week unless you're a member Hopefully next year

That was gnarly, good effort! Would deleting the charcoal canister fix the vapor lock issues?

It was already deleted. One of the check valves got messed up in a crash that day. Made it stick somehow

It’s all part of the fun. More fun in a 300 though
