The best is when hard on the gas using the quickshifter between 3rd and 4th. The pop it makes is addicting!!!!

I assume you haven’t remapped, never mind the sound, how are things re heat and fuelling with this combination?

No remap. A little less heat on the ankles as the exhaust flows a bit freer and no issues with fuelling, bike runs good, just a bit more aggressive sounding and a bit cooler on the legs.

I also plan on replacing the mid pipe myself. Do I need anything other than replacing? Can I just plug it in and go without running into any problems?

Just make sure you are careful with removing the original gaskets as you will reuse them. It is a pretty straight forward to replace the catalytic with a mid pipe. I haven't had any issues.

@@berktektas4018 Hey no problem, happy to answer questions. No remap needed. Undo the clamps, couple of bolts and wiggle the cat out, make sure you have the gaskets, they appear to be some sort of soft metal so if they don't just come off when you pull the cat, just carefully work them off with a flat head screwdriver. I think I followed this vid: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qn2WnIOQZpKEd5I. I didn't have a wheel stand so just leaned the handle bar against the wall (leave the bike in gear so it doesn't roll inadvertently).
