Looks good, it is an older video and I am sure you know this by now but I will leave it for anybody doing research on the KTMs. The most important preventative maintenance you can do on these bikes is adjust the valve clearances. The valves are soft and start to cup which reduces valve clearances making for a difficult to start and poor running machine. I hope the bike is still going strong and you are enjoying the hell out of it. I have 2004 KTM that is still going strong and looks just good.

What kind of sparkplug should I use for my ktm?

You can clean the old air cleaner with petrol and re use it also when you get a new air cleaner cover it in oil or some sort of air cleaner oil but don't put too much on.Do new air cleaners come pre oiled?

I take a small parts brush to put grease on the sealing edge of the air filter.

I have a KTM 2006 525 exc and my spark plug has like a seal around it so i am struggling to get it out

I know this video is old but I just got an 03 450 exc and ran into an issue with the spark plug. The previous owner hadn't put many hours on the bike for over 17 years and it basically sat but the spark plug was RUSTED out so badly that I couldn't get the boot off and ended up having to break the boot off and replace it. No matter how hard I pulled on the boot it wouldn't come off. Is it supposed to come off easily usually?

You forgot to oil the air filter, it is important to do that with either air filter oil or thick 90 grade gear box oil
