KTM Defective top luggage case

And almost 4 years later we still have the same problem. Just paid £850 for both panniers for 2021 SAS, left pannier barrel slides into the cylinder without any force used and right pannier cylinder is faulty, or different type, barrel wouldn't go in. I gave them a bell and asked for lock cylinder housing part, that I can replace it myself, but they want me to send right pannier back...Courier, insurance, cost, you name it... And lost time. Why the hell for all that money they cannot set proper quality checks up?! They speak German on the end...Hope they would shake entire bike when fitted, apparently they're floating panniers. With Bumot on, 1290 SAS when over 90 mph, was all over the road. Thanks for this video as this is proving the point. They should do a bit better.
