DO NOT use white teflon tape on any fuel fittings!!! Fuel will break down white teflon tape and you’ll be left with a white goo and a fuel leak. If you must use teflon tape, use the yellow teflon tape (it’s gas resistant). Though with teflon tape, you run the risk of a piece of tape breaking off and possibly clogging an injector. You’re better off using Aviation Form-a-gasket Number 3, as it specifically states solvent resistance to gasoline.
