First..... Eating cookies watching this.... about to go the mountain property to start another video. Hood has a little tab at the back near the radiator that pulls out a little and hooks onto the hood to hold it down in between closed and fully open so it is easier to remove the cowling....

You just have a customized exhaust to go with your customized hood now 🤣! What more could a guy ask for! Really nice, take care!

Ya but the exhaust looks better than the hood 😂

I can’ t wait for the best line in the latest “Killing It Country” video. This line that caused me to spit my coffee all over my phone screen was the safety police keyboard warriors cracking their knuckles in eager anticipation of chastising a safety violator. Great video James. As always, a full watch and a 👍. See you for the next one

Lol thanks Gary!! Gotta keep the safety police on their toes 👮♀️ 🚨 ⚠️ 😂

Awesome video. Glad you like my TIP! Haha. Yes I sprayed it with high temp paint already but def add your own if you'd like. Also you don't have to take off the hood to remove the front cowling, just open it up, back off the knobs, lower the hood again to slide it out, then open the hood again. :) I do really like the BX23s front grill as it doesn't need to come off at all and is stout enough, although it now rattles and squeeks because of the hinges so I'll need to stop that some how. Nice video as usual and cheering you in for 1000 subscribers! You deserve it. 💯

I’m just now learning about this “secret tab” that holds the hood slightly open to allow for easy cowling removal. How have I missed this??? Awesome! Thanks for the kind words Ross!! New hood new hood!!! Whoop 🙌

Good day Mon Ami🌞 Many congrid's on your great subscriber 👍👌😉 If you need any maintenance on your JD hydrostatique transmission, their is a great machinist that rebuilt them in Magog. ( I hade mine rebuilt 4 yrs ago and doing very well since then, he even put a new type of oil filter and drain plug so I can change my oil yearly )👌😉. I like the hand worries mon ami 🤣😉👍 You are a very good singer 😉👌 better than myself 🥴🤣👍 I can see a little modification on your front grill Sir 😊👍 I'm very sorry about that hood incident 😢 You are living near an airport ? 🧐 I'm always laugh at your OUTSTANDING sence of humour 😊👍 winner winners chicken diner 🤣👍 You know you can give your damage hood to a car painter to have it fixed for less 🤔 or you can bring it to Ross and have it weld it like a Mad Max movie with outside tubing reinforcements and maybe a mounting a gun holder on the top 🥴🤣👍 YES YES YES Snow is coming 👍🤣 Guitare Music 👍😉 Great Ross exaust mod and have a great week end Cheers 🍻😉👍

There's nothing an R strap, duct tape, or baling twine cant fix!! The wood did the trick lol the Deere parking break doesn't work and we had to take the loader off so we used a bungee cord to whip one up so it wouldn't roll away from us haha I always think of your quote "It is a little sketchy, but its fine!" If only tractors had more safety stickers lol

How's she goin'? Those exhaust tip extenders are nice. The black suet really shows up and doesn't look good. Now though, problem solved!!! And look at how easy the install was.... ;-) BTW, you're ratchet strap looks great, blends right in!!! Take care!!!

Ya!!! Maybe I’ll get a new ratchet strap at 500 subs and then the hood at 1,000 😂 Thanks for watching Grampie!!

there is a hood hold down strap that will hold the hood half way open to remove the cowling, the strap is located next to the radiator support.
