Soph!!!!!!!!!!!! Stunning views of Sardinia totaly awesome as are these delicious looking Kueh Bingka Ubi Pandan!!!!!! I have never cooked with tapioca before (other than using the flour as a thickener) this is such a fascinating dish and expertly prepared as always. I keep getting updates in my email for the Supper Club events who knows, maybe I'll be able to attend one day!!!!

Hey Patrick! Sardinia was stunning and I was hanging out with my friends from Melbourne that day. Didn't plan to record but it was too stunning not to miss the opportunity! Like you, I seldom cook with tapioca and use the flour more. This is the only recipe I know for tapioca based desserts and hopefully present more in the future. I didn't realised you're in the mailing list for my supper club! Maybe one day when you're in Europe, I might see you there! Great weekend to you!
