I’ve watched this video many times now. I received my 16x (with seat) and it is awesome. I love my electric skateboards but I think Euc is the future. Facing forward, no buttons, no handlebars, no throttle just stand there and go almost 30 mph. It is an amazing feeling, total freedom.

Great Video. I've got 7 wheels mostly Gotway and have just started riding my old 84v Msuper V3 with 800wh battery again. It only weighs 40lbs it feels light and is super maneuverable by comparison with the latest breed of wheels. The battery is enough for most trips and has the benefit of the 18" wheel. I have really enjoyed riding this old wheel again albeit at 73 I am not too athletic.

Kuji, almost speechless with awe. First, thanks for taking the time to put together these vids. I know it takes real effort. For my part it's appreciated. This was literally the first EUC video I've seen and oh, what an introduction to a very deep rabbit hole. Second, your "Kuji pads" caught my eye. Anything you can tell me about material or proper placement? I've subscribed because I've really enjoyed watching your vids. They are both informative and entertaining. Not a common combination on YT these days. Well done!

Pure bliss your videos. And that is what these EUC devices are all about: sun is shining, every man and his dog is out. The city is having a day out and you on your wheel just shooting past everyone as if they are standing still. Nothing like it. Jet pack or this it would be EUC for me. Traffic? You observe it from outside and you are no part in it as if you were Neo in The Matrix. Absolutely gorgeous.

I think you learn more from all the spills & accidents you have. For example, I fell many times on my motorcycle and lived to become a confident & expert rider. Great video as usual. Could you talk a little bit about your crash at 1:40? It looked like you were either tilted back or were tilted back by the wheel quite abruptly and then the wheel went into a shutter/wobble mode, throwing you off. I had a similar shutter/wobble that occurred on my 18XL right after it tilted me back abruptly - going up a hill. It also then began to wobble violently just like yours before throwing me off. I broke my collar bone in 3 places even though I was dressed like Robocop for protection. I've mentioned this to KS along with providing them with links to forums where others have been thrown off under the same tilt-back/wobble circumstances. KS has been great in promising to look into this - I hope they mean it. They also listened as I suggested that the tilt-back is not the best safety feature for speed regulation on our wheels. Operational control should never be taken away from the rider at any time. A better solution would be to regulate the speed through voltage regulation sent to the hall sensors, basically capping your speed without sacrificing any control at all. Tilt-back can really be dangerous. Any thoughts? Glad you kept your balance and did not get injured.
@jeansandmyshirt5 жыл бұрын
i hope they could fix it in a firmware or something. same thing happened to me on my ks18xl, the tilt back then the wobble. luckily i held it tight with my calves and didn't fall. it'd have been bad because i was on the street going downhill. btw mine is locked at current speed i think its 35kms
@johnfehringer5 жыл бұрын
@@jeansandmyshirt Glad to hear you didn't get hurt. I was not so lucky and I was only going 25kmh. I'd like to encourage you to contact KS - info@szkingsong.com - and let them know your story as well so at least the firmware gets fixed. I had FW 1.13. Regardless of the firmware fix I think the auto tilt-back speed limit "feature" should be removed from all EUCs and replaced with a voltage regulator to the wheel's hall sensors. Tilt-back cannot be considered a safety feature when it removes the least bit of control from the rider and can cause imbalance by involuntary weight shifting. Any control that is taken away from the rider by an algorithm is dangerous. Limiting the voltage to the hall sensors would be a better solution to limiting the speed and it could be regulated according to the mi/km the rider has traveled or set in the app. I have a similar feature on my Turbowheel Dart - a button on the control panel that increases the speed threshold in 3 steps.
@jeansandmyshirt5 жыл бұрын
@@johnfehringer agree. recently i have been reaching the tilt back speeds but interestingly the wobble never happens. the paddles tilt back with alarm. i reach 40kms on polyurethane running track. it feels a lot stable. maybe the rubber surface creates a rail track like traction for the tires. the wobble only happened on asphalt/road.
@johnfehringer5 жыл бұрын
@@jeansandmyshirt KS admitted the wobble was an issue and promised a firmware update. Still waiting after 3 months for that to happen. Just talked with them the other day and they suggested returning to 1.12 until they can finish update. The problem is you need an android phone (I have IOS) and their special downgrade software to go backwards which is not intuitive. I worked with it once before on a borrowed phone.
