I can say that’s what you call a beat down from the Motherland! You ladies and gentleman is the reason why I’m back in my healthy zone after being told that I had to loose weight for health reasons. I tried everything and nothing was working! Then I asked what would my ancestors do? And then I found y’all! I do enjoy these so much more than others, becuse it's so much easier to follow than say Latin dances to beats of 3.. I can't follow them at all. I have no rhythm at all 😂. My only problem with these ones is so many hands in the air movements, I have a ceiling light above me so have to modify them 🤣🤣🤣
