Now that is a quality human being. Even though the focus was on him, he never lost sight of the fact that there were kittens that could be easily spooked and kept his voice low during the entire interview. I absolutely love these interviews! You can just tell a person by how animals react to them. Some people just exude energy and the animals are busy and playful around them. And then there’s the people who are calm and centered. Puppies and kittens just gather into piles on the person’s lap and pass out. When you get the older animals gravitating to a person and getting comfortable, that person has reached the ultimate one with nature zen-ness. My nephew and my roommate get that. The “all babies and animals love them” types. My roommate and I will be in a restaurant. It’s like clockwork. A random child will just walk up to my roommate and hug her. “Hi…Um…Who are you and where are your parents?” To see that same energy in celebrities is very heartwarming because you can’t fake that.
