Anselm, thank you for your strenght in opening up and talking about mental health. Its one of the things in this world that is very hard to explain as there is no physical symptoms that you can see.What you did is a brave thing. My hope and prayer is that you will heal...this too shall pass. Im glad that you are making a conscious effort to fight it . I was gifted a book from Charlie Mackesy called The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and the Horse. It got me and is still getting me through a lot of dark days fighting covid. ( i am an ITU nurse in the NHS). I recommend it highly. This one of the Many favourite quotes I love " Always remember you matter, you're important and you are loved and you bring to this world things no one else can." Take care of yourself and love to your Mum and Dad and that spoilt cat of yours.

Nice ingenuity there using the rising water to transport a boat. To think that they did before the 1800 is insane. I'm surprised to learn that it is still there. The local government was able to maintain it. Nice background musics btw. You are like a pro now in your editing skills. Good job!

Love the drone shots. Everything looks better from above. Some of the best fish and chips I had was in Scotland but I chose Haddock I like it much better then Cod. Here in Canada we have some very large locks connecting the Great Lakes.

There used to be a restaurant in SM Sucat (Paranaque, Metro Manila) that sold Fish and Chips. Two slabs of battered fish with chips. They served it with garlic sauce but I prefer Malt Vinegar and since they don't have it, I always brought my own. :) The locks are a fascinating engineering feat. Surely Newport was an important center during the start of the industrial revolution.
