Love your lightburn tutorials. Lightburn is so powerful when you know how to use it. Thanks.

Great info, thanks a lot. Rather than the click show/unshow method you can simply hold the shift key and click on the appropriate color on the layer you want in the cuts/layers window. Not a huge time saver but over the course of a large project it can add up.

Just a quick comment on this, while we are holding particular node to bring those two triangle together, instead of that we can use the magnet command, I don't know how to upload that image but it will stick it very precisely

I have never done a mudejar pattern before, but I will do some research and look into doing I video on them in the future. Thank you for your suggestion.

Stumbled across your video. Great presentation. Doesn't lightburn have an array copy function that can do all the repeat pattern & snap to mathematic distance? What thickness are you box panels & bookmarks and material type? Would want something that's stable & won't break easily or damage books

Hi John. Lightburn does have an array tool to help with these sorts of processes. I have yet to find a way to use it without getting a fault with the end result. Im always trying to find easy and efficient ways to to spped up processes. Hopfully i will have found a way of using the array tool with these patterns by the end of the week. In regards to the thickness of material for bookmarks, I like to use the thinnest material possible. My go too is a 2-3mm Ply wood as the grain direction of the layers overlap giving the wood more strength. I really like using solid wood for projects but because of the nature of the grain they can be fragile. If you are to use a solid wood for a bookmark, I would suggest engraving the pattern or image on it rather than cutting it out. The only think you can do is test a couple of materials. Card stock is also good for bookmarks, If you use a couple of different colours you can cut a pattern out of one colour and stick it on a backing colour to give it a nice contrast. Hope this helps.
