Kumro Phool Bhaja - Pumpkin Blossom Fritters!
Kumro Phool Bhaja (pumkin flower pakoda) is a childhood favourite for me. My parents had amazing green thumb and grew lots of veggies in the backyard. This year for the first time I found my green thumb. And now we are enjoying a lot of these pumpkin blossoms. Along with that also zucchini and Squash blossoms.
I had shared a recipe in my blog os stuffed zucchini blossoms that I prepared Bengali style. It is stuffed with coconut and white poppy seeds.
