Probably be dead anytime soon. Tried a lot of comforting things, but it wont help. Well someone just told me "puro ka ganyan ba't di mo gawin". Thanks to you, I've had all the courage I needed.. to you whos reading this, live a full life, I didn't get to enjoy life as much as what others do.. I had dreams, and goals, but now, I'm just an empty vessel getting ready for an empty casket. Well we couldn't afford one, so maybe just a garbage bag would do. No one was there, when I needed someone else. No one.

Kapatid, try to find your own strength within, I know you have it. Hold onto your REAL courage to keep on living and keep on trying. Who cares about others & their lives and what they enjoy. Bahala sila sa buhay nila. Your goals and your dreams are your treasure, my friend. Don't let go of them, and don't let anyone take them from you. Depression is real, I’ve been told the same things but I seek help without my parents knowing it. It’s the best decision I have made, people are willing to listen and even refer you to a psychiatrist. Medication is not for everyone but it’s totally up to you if that’s something you want to try. I’m currently taking Zoloft for 6 months now and I feel much better than ever. I just hope the best luck for you! 🤲🏼 Mashallah

I'm here because i didn't graduate, Grade 10 student of Maysan. I'm trying to do all my best just to passed and get high grades so everyone would be proud of me...especially myself. Hindi ko din siguro alam baka may galit narin sakin mga teachers ko, akala siguro nila tamad ako pero deep inside walang wala na ako, patay na patay na ko sa kaloob looban. Losing motivation, Lack of Appetite, the things that i used to be enjoy suddenly gone. Currently thinking about putting my misery to its end recently but I don't want to worry my loved ones. The feeling is so empty yet painful at the same time. I nearly died from severe pneumonia during the pandemic, yet I wished to have passed away that year so I will not be dealing so much pressure and expectation that a little mistake. This is one of the most ignored topics and feelings in the Philippines. "How are you?" Is one of the most difficult and frightening question that I always hear everyday, so I will just say "Im ok" as a shortcut. Btw Im 13 yrs old, and I feel so lost, that I can never get out of this dark hole. I dont feel like doing anything anymore, I dont have the motivation to eat, wake up, study, and even trying to live. Im failing to all my classes, because of this feeling that I have for a very long time.

Pagod nko I've tried so hard and fought with my best in life pero back to zero and there is no rising up this time. yon yung pinaka masakit na malaman mo sa buhay na wlang nag sasabi not everyone wins the war and battles in life no matter how hard hard tried someone has to go down someone has to die and you realize na kasama ka don sa mga natalo and natumba 😞😭😭. I'm not completely sure yet but I'll probably be dead in the next few years or so. I just can't go on anymore, I love this world and everyone around me, but Depression absolutely crushed it. I'm leaving this here, as a message to people who want to kill themselves.. Think of it hard, really really hard before you completely decide, any last moment regrets would be painful and there would be no way to go back again. Just like my story with Depression where I chose the most awful path(s) in my life and ended up here, wanting to go back and correct everything. If you're reading this, you are worth a lot more than you think. Everyone around you cares about you and just think how much your death is going to affect them. Remember that there's still hope, and it's never too late to change. I love you

There's no help for me. I don't know what to do. I've tried doctors and medication. I hate myself for feeling this way, that people tell me there's nothing to worry about as I'm only 17 years old. That I'm filled with love, I eat everyday, everytime I want, I have money, I have friends, I have talent etc. This life is not for me. I'll choose non-existence over this pain in my head. The pain inside is intolerable, it's painful. So painful. But thank you for this.

It's ok shane. Hang in there. I really appreciate both your openness and even the efforts you took to try to help yourself. I'm telling you, a lot of people can't even do that. What you've done so far and how you got this far is already a testament to how brave and resilient you are! When I was 15 years old i felt the exact same way. Then i felt it again when I was 21 years old. I ate and slept good, had friends, money and talent as well. But even then, existence was becoming so unbearable. So what I did was try something random and completely different. I left my friends and family and promising career and decided to travel around the world as a church missionary. Although that life wasnt really for me it did open up my eyes and realize there is value in our suffering and the richness it gives to life that makes life LIFE! I'm not perfectly healed nor is my life perfect, but I am full of gratitude of where I am now and the hard (and sometimes unfair) path I had to travel. I made this short film as a "What if" but really it's a "Can be" because life can be GREAT especially if we start making it so today. Hang in there Shane, you've got the strength in you to do this! 💙

Araw-araw akong may suicidal thoughts.. Araw-araw kong nilalabanan ang mga negatibong tumatakbo sa utak ko.. Sa tingin ko mas magiging madali ang lahat kung mamamatay na lang ako pero alam ko na may ilang tao pa rin ang masasaktan kapag kinitil ko na lang basta ang buhay ko. Lalaban na lang ako hanggat kaya ko. Wala mang makaintindi sa pinagdadaanan ko, andito pa rin naman ako para sa sarili ko.
