Kunal sir , there is this restaurant called Buhari in Chennai who are the legit inventors of Chicken 65 . 65 because of the year it was introduced in , 1965 . This restaurant is just 4 kms from my house . As a local I vouch this is the real story !

Does blanching vegs, like you did with the gobhi in this recipe, lead to loss of nutrients of the vegetables? It may be necessary in some recipes, but the guilt is always there. Your views on this?
