Tried out the recipe today... It turned out to be awesome... My family liked it 😍😍i roasted it in the pan and then did it on direct gas... As i was unable to hold the stick for too long... Still recipe came out to be perfect

Although I have not tried it yet, a Air Fryer seems to be the perfect appliance for this dish. Cook it at 400 F for a few minutes and voila!
