Tandoori Gobi Recipe - No Oven | Cauliflower Tikka Made in Gas Stove - CookingShooking

In this video, we will cook together Tandoori Gobi, which is a very popular tikka recipe, made similarly to Tandoori Chicken, and Paneer. This Cauliflower Recipe is made without oven in this version, and results in the same crispy out and juicy pieces with smoky note..

Tandoori Gobi Recipe Ingredients -
Gobhi - 20 pc
Salt - to taste
Water - to parboil gobi 1.5 liter
200g Dahi
Salt - as per taste
Black salt - as per taste
Red chili kashmiri - 1 tbsp
Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Lemon Juice - ½ tbsp
Sattu - 3 tbsp.
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Kasoori methi - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Charcoal - 1 piece
Melted Butter - to baste
