I'm a regular on KZbin for recipes and I have noticed of late there is no dearth of recipes for any dish; but the way you explain your recipes marking out important steps without going into unnecessary details and explanations (one of your famous contemporary chef does that) is quite time saving and helpful and needless to say the dish turns out quite good.

Wow great recipe Sir. Thanx for sharing but I have one question is it okay if we prepare all kabab's totally and then refrigerate it and whenever we want to have it just deep fry and enjoy is it okay please reply if okay then we're should we refrigerate in deep or normal temperature....

Hi Chef.....This is the beauty of your recipes that you explain the ingredients, the methods and the most important thing, the technicalities in the process of preparing them...like here you said that we don't need to cook the curd from inside while frying...just cook to make the outer layer crisp...the other information that how much thick the curd should be.These small instructions help a lot to prepare the best version of the recipe in the first go itself .... thank you so much for sharing those information along side the main preparations.... looking forward to hearing more from you....keep cooking n keep inspiring too...👍👍👍👍
