My Kundalini process started month ago and it can be rough and painful. One time I was driving and suddenly my third eye so expanded that I had to ask my gf to drive the rest of the journey. Another time I was doing a breakfast and suddenly I started shaking as if high electricity is running through me and I couldn’t finish the breakfast. In meditation my body moves on its own. The dreams can be wild as never before. I see random people when I meditate, no idea who they are. Don’t force Kundalini, it should happen on its own when one is ready. Every real guru will tell you that

Its crazy because i never knew what Kundalini was until about ah month ago and I didn't realize it but I been doing it for years and that's why my life is the way it is and im so blessed even tho i still go thru stuff. Sometimes when i vibrate so high that the wind starts blowing really hard and my body starts getting these strong tingly feelings where i get goosebumps all over my body and my hair on my arms and legs stand up like they're giving out electricity. Even birds will start watching me singing and listening to my music and sing with me too sometimes. Dogs will start barking. It's a lot of spiritual things thag happen but you gotta stay consistent with it because if you don't you're choosing a different reality you have to choose your highest best really for you.

I love you have those spiritual experiences but when the kundalini is activated yo have experiences that truly make you think your crazy and a lot of people end up killing themselves over it even end up in mental hospitals it scared the crap out of me and although it was amazing it wes the most powerful and intense experiences I hope you well on your journey those are still amazing experiences but if it don’t scare you at first then I’m sure you still need to awaken it I only want you to awaken it and want you to know to not be scared it’s just you finding your true power you have within

I had a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening a little over a year and a half ago. I felt intense energy throughout my body, almost like burning. I felt my chakras open and felt energy coming out of my sacral and third eye. I even felt energy above my crown chakra, which felt like a halo. I couldn't sleep for almost 3 weeks. I had to be out in nature to help ground and release the energy. I developed telepathic communication with "beings." I had a deep knowing I was communicating with the Virgin Mary and the Holy Spirit. I was able to communicate with animals! I also had visions and experienced MANY synchronicities. I also experienced the "dark night of the soul" as I relieved childhood traumas. That experience was intense! I am definitely not the same person I was before my Kundalini Awakening. Be cautious if you try to awaken your Kundalini, as it is an intense and life-changing experience that might make you think you are crazy if you aren't mentally, physically, and spiritually ready for it. I am very fortunate to have had supportive friends and family who have helped me through this process, and I know this isn't the case for most people. I have gone deep down the rabbit hole, and there is no coming back up!

I am a Christian but it is very confusing because in the bible doesn't say anything about this. So what happened to me it was spiritually awakening and kundalini awakening. During kundalini awakening I felt the energy from the spine to the head, so it was weird.
