Day 2: pushed through more but was in extreme pain then had an emotional release after the third round. Sat Nam

Day 3: Much more stable. I bruised my left knee yesterday so it was a little painful on my left side. It was difficult the second round but I did so much better today. From thinking it was impossible to where I am Today is really amazing to see the shift.

Day 4: again, this kryia is one of the most challenging I’ve ever gone through. Usually the arm Kriyas make me feel so elated but this Kriya leaves me with no words. I’m like did anything happen? Is there any point it this. I asked myself who am I and I could only answer with I am a woman, a light in the universe creating abundance and capital to enjoy my experience as a spirit. What do I want? Or what do I do? I want to have fun, and laugh and travel and make music and teach ect. I wanted to give up so badly but I kept with it and then all these thoughts of limitation came up to breakthrough the pain. The last two days I’ve been viewing my physical features with criticism and disappointment. I can only accept them and know that what I do is more important. Ugh, I love kundalini. Thank you Kimila. I’m writing this for myself and also I’m doing ten days so it will be nice to see if anything changes as the days go by 🌻🧚

Day 5: My mind is saying “I hate it” my body is saying “holy sugar we’re doing it.” I felt my strength not only in this practice today but the strength I’ve carried throughout my life which prompted an emotional release. Sat nam 🙏

Sat nam Amol, Thank you for practising with Kimilla. The more you practice the better you will become. Keep you eyes well focused on a point at eye level rather than looking at the ground. Use the breath and activate the hamstring and glute muscles, squeeze the legs together. Strengthen the abdominals and squeeze arms together as well. You can practice next to a wall until you are strong and balanced enough to maintain the posture with out support. Visualisation is important if you need to take a break and re-set the position. The important aspect is your commitment to achieving the goal and staying focused and balanced under stress. The practice will give you the confidence and creative awakening by activating your pituitary gland.
