Was feeling pretty angry yesterday then I did this class in the morning right when I woke up at 4am. Felt very powerful and I we tired after so I took a short nap then woke up for the day. Had a much better day then the day before. Anger slow dissipated through out the day. Thank you Kimilla, Sat Nam.

Dear Kimilla, I love working with your videos, I really appreciate. I loved it better though, when you were doing the whole kriya with us, not sitting in between, since I check out sometimes during the poster to see if I'm doing right, and also, sometimes it is really difficult to hold and when i sae, ah, she's doing it to, and if she can do it, I can, too, it was encouraging. I would love if you would consider doing as before, holding the postures instead of sitting

i did the sat-nam final exercise with a sword (stainless steel) between my hands in mudra and I swear to god my energy just leveled up by 100 i had to put it down because my kundalini was getting so intense my body couldn't handle it.

Thank you. @Kamilla You are a good teacher, however just some feedback, can you at least think about cutting back on the talking during the Kriyas. What I mean is there is that point where your instruction sets in and then you give what I perceive as more than needed instruction and it actually provides a distraction to my focus. Sat Nam ♥️

Thank you for your practice. I do have a suggestion though, could u do a voice over while you're talking during the kriyas rather than switching the view of you sitting n talking from the exercise itself? Sometimes the description is so fast n I miss it or just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly but when I look on the screen, it's just you sitting in easy pose talking and I either have to rewind back or wait till u finish talking to see the exercise. Some ppl are more visual with directions n u showing in the beginning is not enough. Thank you.

Is it normal to hurt physically? I'm fairly active to the physicality shouldn't bring pain. But the timing of this, past pain was building in a number of ways it manifested, was so happy when this came up for this morning . . But now hurting.😊
