Ingredients:
Boil the Meat
Beef Meat Boneless 1.5kg
Salt 1tsp
Black Pepper Coarse 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste 2tbs
Water 1 liter
Grind These Spices to a Fine Powder:
Cumin 1tbs
Cloves 7-8
China Salt 1tbs
Black Pepper 1/2tbs
Cardamom 4-5
Nutmeg 1/4tsp
Mace 1/2tsp
Biryani Assembling
Cooking Oil/Ghee 1/2cup
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1tbs
Cloves 5
Cardamom 5
Cinnamon 2small pieces
Salt 3/4tbs
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Red Chili Powder 1tbs
Coriander Powder 1tbs
Tomato Paste of 1kg Tomatoes
Yoghurt 4tbs
Dried Plum
Red-Orange Food Color
Rice Soaked 1kg
Green Coriander Leaves
Brown Onion
Mint Leaves
Grind Spice 2tbs
Boil Rice-
Boiling water in a pot
Salt 4tbs
Star Anise 1
Bay Leaf 2
Additional Items:
1-You can add green chilies for extra flavor
2- You can add lemons slices to balance out spice with sourness
3- You can add kewra when boiling rice or you can splash it while assembling for dum

I am an Indian and my wife is Moroccan, I have 10 Biryani recipes and Out of those 10, she always go for Karachi Biryani, No Hyderabadi, No Muradabadi Pulav( which is my fav), Kehndi, wo waala Biryani Banaau tussi...And recipe I took is yours and I improvised a bit bhai....Jazaka Allahu Khairun

@@manz007 I have made Korma or curry (whatever you want to call) in the same way which Afzaal bhai explained, 1) After Korma ready, give 30 mins rest so that shorba will get time to infuse nicely into the meat and then smoke it for 15 mins 2) Since I do not like Aloo Bukara, I use dry pineapples for it give sweet and sour- kinda unique fusion and ultimate flavor. If need quicker, can use kismis instead 3) Smoke Rice also once you layered. 4) I use steamed Sella 5) Deshi Ghee is must, only one that you prepare self at home Wallahi the taste is heavenly. Try this and if Afzaal bhai watching, he can also add points for improving this further.

I am originally from Karachi and a foodie at heart. Being a passionate cook myself, I greatly admire and appreciate your enthusiasm and efforts to even better you previously tried and tested recipes. I have been living in Arizona USA for the past 21 years and there aren’t any good Pakistani restaurants around here. So if, I am craving something, I prepare it myself. Bhai mere aap ki recipies mai follow karta hu...aur bahot maza ata hai...aek baat bas zehen mei ayi jab aap taste kar rahe the. wo ye bhi jab bhi aap taste karein to khade hone ke bajaye baith jayein. To get rid of the tomatoes seeds, i suggest that we should cut in half and clean all the seeds and then grind it, we might as well use chopsticks or tongs to remove skin

While that would get rid of the seeds, usually the inner flesh with seeds is what has the sourness of a tomato - a necessary component in a biryani.

I tried your last deghi karachi biryani recipe but using raw tomatoes were good but on next day,there was a little bit smell of tomatoes but it turns out great..well explained this time as well

Afzaal bhai i myself am a cooking enthusiast, thus I never declare any of my dishes as perfect. I am always in quest of uplifting the various aspects of my dishes. In home cooked biryani I had a revelation some days ago which I want to share with you. Despite all the efforts in the right direction, something was always off, the flavour profile of the bites was always missing something. Then one day, instead of plating the rice in the usual manner, I mixed the masala and white rice in the biryani pot, just like it is done commercially, took out that mixed rice in the plate and topped it with white rice. It drastically improved the flavour. It made me realize that mixing is crucial to build the taste. I would like you to try it and tell me how you feel.

Good recipe. A little while back I requested u make mushkay tanjan which is a combination of yakhni meat and sweet rice. None of the chefs make this recipe. Some people even call it mutanjan but it is not sweet rice. I have eaten it twice but want to make it at home the right way. Your assistance in this matter will be appreciated.
