Thank you Afzal! Tandoori rotis of atta were always my choice at restaurants! I did not know it could be made without oil! My only one concern with such a soft dough is that I can make, say 8 pedha but cannot stack more than 4 baled ones! They stick together! (Chapattis I make with such dough and frying oil, turn out soft). If I bale one by one, gas will be wasted as I am not fast at baling! I will have to make batches of 4! Without question this is the best video on such rotis! Blessings be upon you!
